Heritage Coffee PLC provides premium Ethiopian coffee sourcing, processing, roasting, packaging, and export services. All products comply with Ethiopian coffee quality standards and international trade regulations.

3. Product Orders & Export

All export orders must comply with applicable international trade laws
Quality specifications are defined per purchase agreement
Samples are available upon request for bulk orders
Pricing is subject to market fluctuations and will be confirmed at order placement
Minimum order quantities may apply for export shipments

4. Quality Guarantee

Our coffee is:

Sourced from premium Ethiopian regions (Sidama, Guji, Yirgacheffe, Jimma)
Processed under strict quality control by professional cuppers
Traceable from farm to export
Graded according to ECX standards

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary by destination. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery. Risk of loss transfers upon shipment. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

Heritage Coffee PLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, natural disasters, political instability, or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Heritage Coffee PLC and protected by Ethiopian and international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
